It seems like it was just yesterday that boutique French label Kitsune released their debut scene-setting Kitsune Maison Compilation. Since then, the little imprint has grown in leaps and bounds, cementing its rep as a dictator of trends with each subsequent compilation and launching the careers of acts like Digitalism, Klaxons and Fox N Wolf.

As such it’s a pretty it’s a pretty big deal when the French imprint announces details of its next compilation, with eagle-eyed online trainspotters feverishly pouring over the tracklist to find out which acts they’ll be listening to for the next six months.

Revealed overnight, Maison 8 looks like a typically varied affair, mixing current hits with Kitsune exclusives, and dance tracks with indie tunes. Artists on the list below include local synth-bashers Midnight Juggernauts and Beni, recent Modular signees Delphic, beach-poppers The Drums and the enigmatic Memory Tapes, who we recently featured on ITM-FM.
