inthemix has been buzzing about Manchester synth-poppers Delphic for the better part of 2009, and with good reason too. Already the UK three piece have made waves with the right people, hooking up with Kitsune for some exclusive vinyl releases and just recently inking a deal in Australia with electro tycoons Modular. They also managed to rope in super producer Ewan Pearson (who’s helmed records for M83, Lost Valentinos and The Rapture in the past) to record their debut album Acolyte, due out in the UK on January 11th and locally on the 22nd of the same month.
With such an impressive CV already to their name, anticipation for Delphic’s next move has been climbing steadily, and now ITM is proud to bring you the first taste of their debut record with new single Doubt. Check out the premiere of the video below for a mind-bending art piece perfectly matched to Delphic’s modern synth-scape sounds.
