Now very much an established name in the global trance scene, it has been confirmed – after quite a bit of rumour and speculation on message boards the world over – that Sander van Doorn has produced the theme for the 2010 edition of ID&T’s massive Trance Energy event in Holland this April.

One of the headline acts on the first – and, sadly, last – Trance Energy tour of Australia back in 2009, van Doorn’s reputation cannot be disputed, having remixed artists as diverse as The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Tiesto and Armin van Buuren, as well as a #10 placing on last year’s DJ Mag Top 100.

Sander’s anthem-in-waiting is called Renegade, and it follows past Trance Energy themes contributed by the likes of Rank 1, Marcel Woods, Joop and more. “His performance at Mystery Land gives us the certainty that he will blow our minds at Trance Energy,” read the press release from ID&T.
