At the end of last year we all spent a great deal of time thinking about what albums got us hot under the collar throughout 2009, but what about looking to the future for what was coming up? There’s a lot to be excited about for 2010, and we’ve put together our list of the releases we’re anticipating with eager expectation for you to peruse.

There are albums we’ve been waiting on for years, and there are those we never knew existed until the early days of 2010. There are studio releases and mix CDs, coming from both Aussie artists and those abroad. There’s collaborations and solo efforts, difficult-second-albums and return-to-form-third-albums, and of course a healthy dose of hotly tipped debuts. There’s live acts and production outfits, from across the spectrum of house, electro, trance, tech, disco, dubstep and too many more genres to list.
