It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for; in just two months time UK dance legends Faithless will release their new album, the appropriately titled The Dance on their own Nate’s Tunes label.

The news comes after months of teasers and speculation about new material from the group, the latest skerrick being Faithless’ epic new single Never Going Home featuring some super-sized remixes from the likes of Armin van Buuren and Eric Prydz.

Speaking about The Dance in a press release, Faithless mainstay Sister Bliss described the new record as being “chock-a-block with dance tunes which we hope will be the soundtrack to many Saturday nights for a while to come.” Droolz.

So now that we know the album is ready and waiting for us, would it be too much to ask for an Australian tour? Guys? C’mon. Whilst we’re busy gluing together our Faithless collages, check out ITM’s recent Most Anticipated Albums of 2010 countdown, which Faithless absolutely dominated!
