It was with great excitement that ITMers heard the news last week about reigning inthemix50 champion tyDi’s success over at the International Dance Music Awards in Miami, where the Queensland gun took out top honours in the break-through DJ category.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t all sunshine and roses from there, with the remainder of the IDMAs ceremony devolving into a weird mess of mismatched genres and successive gongs for The Black Eyed Peas and Kings Of Leon. Huh?
With that in mind, ITM has gone over some of the IDMA results with novelty sized comb, picking out the good and bad (and sometimes ugly) moments of this year’s gongs. Check out all the juice in the link below.
