Whilst pop super starlets like Britney Spears are just now ramping up their attempts to take over the clubs by recruiting big dance producers like Rusko, Tiesto and the ever-present David Guetta, Australia’s own singing budgie Kylie Minogue has been playing that game for yonks, already grabbing that club edge with collaborations from Calvin Harris and Mylo in the past.

And now looking at the production credits for her new record, it would seem as though Kylie’s once again looking to cross the streams of dance and pop music, gathering an ensemble cast of heavy hitting producers to lead her to dancefloor domination.

Entitled Aphrodite, the latest Kylie album is set to be overseen by the Thin White Duke himself, Stuart Price, who not only mixes almost every track on the record, but also produces a couple himself. Meanwhile, Sebastian Ingrosso pops in to rep the Swedish House Mafia, while Calvin Harris and Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears team up for the track Too Much, and indie-dance hitmaker Starsmith hits the bigtime on the ludicrously titled Put Your Hands Up (If You Feel Love).

Aphrodite is set for release on July 6th so we’ll have to wait til then to see if Kyles can pull off another pop-dance coup. In the meantime cast some judgemental ears over a stream of Eruo-cheese first single, All The Lovers produced by Ladyhawke collaborator Jim Eliot and mixed by Stuey Price.

Aphrodite tracklisting:

1. All The Lovers
2. Get Outta My Way
3. Put Your Hands Up (If You Feel Love)
4. Closer
5. Everything Is Beautiful
6. Aphrodite
7. Illusion
8. Better Than Today
9. Too Much
10. Cupid Boy
11. Looking For An Angel
