There’s no doubt Tensnake is one of the most dependable producers around for house and disco bombs, so he’s a fine choice indeed to head the forthcoming instalment in Defected Records’ hallowed In the House mix series.

The Hamburg native has ruled dancefloors recently with the holy trinity of Coma Cat, Holding Back My Love and In The End (I Want To Cry), and his remix of Azari & III’s fruity anthem Reckless With Your Love is set to go the same way.

On Tensnake In The House, the man stretches out over two discs, with tracks from fellow groove-lovers like DJ Sprinkles, Âme, Mount Kimbie and Mugwump. Naturally, we get some Tensnake gems too. It’s released on 4 October in the UK.

We’re psyched to see Tensnake do his thing at Field Day in Sydney this summer (could there be a more summer-suited DJ?), and hopefully some club shows drop soon…
