Although they made a brief summer visit to Australia for some memorable festival sets over New Years, French electro masters Justice have been almost criminally silent for the last 12 months while holed up in a studio working on their second LP, as their manager Busy P told us.

Now it looks as though the Ed Banger duo are ready to return to the spotlight, with the first details of their 2011 comeback revealed online.

As reported by The Daily Swarm, frequent design collaborators Surface To Air unveiled the above image over the weekend, which is apparently the cover art to the new Justice single called Civilization. The internet is already in a tizz about the teaser image and and its accompanying video though no other information is available including release dates, remixes, etc.

UPDATE: A statement from Warner Music confirmed that the single will be out on April 4th through iTunes as a part of a new Adidas marketing campaign. Here’s a teaser ad with a snippet of the song.

ITM however is happy to drop a little fuel into the fire as a source (whom we can’t spill more on) revealed to us that the Justice comeback single (which we’ll presume has become Civilization now) will feature UK raver and recent Dim Mak signing Ali Love on vocals. We’ll wait for confirmation on that as more details on Civilization come to light but prepare to get excited like it’s 2007 again.

See Justice in action from our summer festival galleries below and check out Ali Love’s ‘K-Hole’ video too.
