After a series of dramas and catastrophes in 2010, US dance mega festival Electric Daisy Carnival has found its new spiritual home in Las Vegas this year, which makes perfect sense as it is the new Ibiza, right?

Anyway, the move to Vegas from LA will not only see EDC grow in scope (it has an additional day now, June 24th-26th) but in the size of its lineup which was released over the long weekend and looks like the definition of massive.


As well as the previously announced trio of headlining big guns Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta and Tiesto this year’s main EDC bash will feature a pile of hot-at-the-minute names from across the dance community including Bassnectar, Boys Noize, Ferry Corsten, Afrojack, Empire Of The Sun, Rusko and of course Skrillex.

The three days of raving will set you back $215 (GA) but that’s US dollars so it’d be a bit cheaper with the Aussie dollar. Of course, you’d have to get yourself over there…while you weigh up the cost of a last minute airfare to the US west coast you can check out the full lineup below as well as EDC’s recent stop-in on the other side of America in Orlando.
