At this year’s Grammys, dance music had its own showcase, with a laser-kissed eight minutes in a specially-erected tent outside the Staples Centre. First up was David Guetta and a couple of his American friends Lil Wayne and Chris Brown, followed by the live ‘remix’ of Foo Fighters’ Rope, which saw Deadmau5 atop his new Rubik’s Cube.
