X-press 2, Shy Fx and Tim Deluxe battle for the Ivors

The Ivor awards are regarded as one of Britain’s most distinguished music award celebration. This year sees a notable few nominated for best dance act.



The Ivor dance award will be decided between Shy FX featuring T Power’s ‘Shake your body’, Tim Deluxe’s ‘It just won’t do’ and X-press 2’s ‘Lazy’



Meanwhile Kylie Mingoue’s ‘Love at first sight’ and ‘In your eyes’ is nominated in the PRS most performed work category. Along with this, The Street’s ‘Weak Become Heroes’ is also nominated for best contemporary song.



The Ivors takes place on 22nd May at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London this year.
