All About Me
I'm a house DJ from London and class myself as an original raver. I've applied my unique style to exciting House events with world renowned DJs Since 1990, spinning alongside such legends as Robert Owens, Marshall Jefferson, Terry Francis, Tom Middleton, Mark Moore, Shades of Rhythm, Digs & Whoosh (DiY), David Dunne, Desyn Masiello, Joey Musaphia, Guy Williams, the Sharp Boys, Damian Wilson, Daniel Bailey, Pete Heller, Ashley Beadle, Boy George, DJ Paulette, DJ Disciple, Guy Williams and Seamus Hadji to name just a few! During my time in London I also held residence at ground breaking nights F@vouritizm, Funkshoppe and Summerhouse, a fresh underground event held in the caverns of Soho.
I've ferried myself all over London's clubbing community from the likes of Bar Vinyl, The Elbow Rooms, Thirst, Momo's, Herbal, The Retreat, Plan B, The Saint Bar, Buffalo Bar, Poo Na Na, Bar EST, Medicine Bar, Heaven, Turnmills and Gatecrasher with gigs at Mole Club, Bath and Ride in Plymouth. Playing mainly house but also some UK Garage, Drum & Bass and even Old Skool Break beat!
Back in summer 2002 Myself & F@vouritizm Head honcho Sarah Foote got a taste for radio and developed the F@vouritizm concept in order to present a weekly 2 hour live show on Trustthedj.com. F@vouritizm Live, was much like the club night, and featured big name DJ's from Pete Heller, Chad Jackson, Robert Owens, Mark Moore, Marshall Jefferson and Rob Mello spinning their favorite tunes, along side interviews, competitions and hot new tunes to trust, going out to 100,000 people worldwide per month. This was also the year I started producing with Azuli's Jeremy Sylvester. Under the guise Real Fruit, me and Sly produced vocal house records aimed at the more commercial end of club land, with ' It's not right" being the most successful in the UK.
I'm currently playing at Box Deli (Fridays), Rubix (Saturdays) and Geisha for Trash n Treasure, US House Tribute and Soulful Sessions. Playing a mix of soulful, uplifting funky House ranging from the early nineties to present day…
I was signed to Eight-Fifteen Records in San Fransisco in February with my first release due out on 30th April.
