On a sweaty, heaving basketball court in 93, watching Fugazi and getting kicked in the head by random converse sneakers I pretty much decided that music was going to be my life. I have been in crap kiddie garage bands, attemped a DJ career and twiddled knobs on a synth trying to look like I know what im doing but at the end of the day I just love music. I love to listen to it, talk about it and most of all write about it. Whoa, whoa dont go yet hear me out. I know there are a lot of negative vibes out there about music journalism and authority of criticism but hey, sharing a passion is important. Combining two of mine to do that with you or anyone else is a dream come true and if writing about music is like dancing to architecture then i'm doomed to doin the vienna foxtrot in the ABN AMRO building foyer for eternity. Thanks for reading my stuff and please feel free to drop me an e-mail any time for a talk talking heads tv on the radiohead type chat.

Various Artists - It’s Only a Mixtape vol. 3, mixed by Zoo Brazil

This tight, linear mix walks an assured line between the darkness of the Trentmoller/Radioslave camp and the bumpy tech of the Audiofly/Justin Martin without losing your interest, although it may dwindle down toward the end. [more]
