Well, it goes like this.....

I discovered electronic music around 93 and instantly felt an irresistable pull to music I never felt before. This then saw me develop a taste for the decks in 94 when I purchased my first records.

I don't play out at all these days and have the occassional mix at home or with friends or at a private party. I have played in local clubs such as Sugar, Garage, Governor Hindmarsh Hotel and the like but have been more of a punter of recent.

I came back from a two year stint in London in early July 2006 and having seen what the dance scene is capable of, I wanted to contribute in other ways as well as DJing and this has seen me become a contributor for ITM.

Although not too keen to play out these days, the idea of doing online radio is my current flavour and some friends and myself are looking into possibly creating our own online radio show. Always good to have projects in the line :)

Here's to the good times....past, present and future...and to seeing where life will take you because you never know what is around the corner.

Respect.

What I am finding with some of the more downbeat, chilled CDs of late is the originality of them with track selection and programming. The Private Collection of Peter Kruder’s certainly fits into this category. [more]

Moby - Wait For Me

Moby would have to be one of the original pioneers of the modern dance sound, and here 'Wait For Me' takes on a more downbeat, chilled and ambient approach which could be at times interpreted as classical electronica. [more]

Various Artists - The Underground 2009, mixed by Justin Martin, Style of Eye & Klaus Hill

'The Underground 2009' is not what you'd normally expect from a Ministry of Sound collection, but it's certainly a successful diversion as it sees them giving exposure to the latest and greatest in underground house sounds. Styling and sexy. [more]
