Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Future Entertainment responsible for supplying artist and delivering to party venue.
2. Future Entertainment responsible for supplying all PA to venue, set up and sound check (if required) to artist’s specifications, and collection of equipment.
3. Future Entertainment responsible for safety of artists and all equipment.
4. If winner would like a DJ to play before or after Above and Beyond’s performance, winner is responsible for organising both artists and PA equipment.
5. Winner to have approval of house-owner / landlord for party to take place at venue (doesn’t have to be place of resident – can hire hall if appropriate).
6. Approval needs to be supplied in writing to inthemix.com.au prior to the event.
7. Prize for the winner and 30 of his/her friends as chosen by the winner. Winner responsible for administering admission to event.
8. Venue must have necessary facilities and power supply.
9. Winner responsible for public liability at venue, and management of guests.
10. Inthemix.com.au and Future Entertainment take no responsibility for loss of damage of equipment or furniture and all care but no responsibility for persons involved and inthemix’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Representative from inthemix to be on hand at the event.
12. By attending the event, guests agree to be filmed and photographed for inthemix.com.au content.
13. Artist agrees to be filmed, recorded and photographed for inthemix.com.au content.
14. Winner to be picked by the appropriateness of their answer to the question “in 25 words or less tell us something special about your place that would make it perfect for Global Gathering party”. Inthemix to choose winner in collaboration with Future Entertainment.
