For the latest installment of Mashed, UK production/DJ prodigy Kissy Sell Out assumes mixing duties alongside one of Australia’s most newly formed & highly talented duo’s, The Aston Shuffle.
Kissy Sell Out has quickly gained notoriety in 06/07 in the UK for his eccentric electro productions and energetic DJ style, seeing him host his own BBC Radio 1 show as well as produce remixes for the likes of Mark Ronson, Gwen Stefani, Groove Armada, Calvin Harris, Operator Please, Dragonette and many more. And all this at the tender age of 22!
Accompanying Kissy on the mix are local superstars The Aston Shuffle, who, in a very short space of time, have carved their name out on the Australian and International dance scene with their unique production style, which legend Tommy Sunshine himself describes as “a f*cking revolution!”. And that it is – a revolution which has seen them remix the likes of Chris Lake, Green Velvet, Claude VonStroke and Rocket Men, and shot them to the #1 position on the ARIA Club Chart with their debut single “For Everyone”.
