Each year is a sell out! Don’t miss your chance to bask in the sunshine at Melbourne’s ‘best event’, as voted by you!

Basement Jaxx (Dj set) (UK)
Basement Jaxx tracks haven’t left the charts or the dance floors of this world for the past decade. From Remedy to Rooty and beyond to Kish Kash, their albums have always been full of tracks that are both club smashes and listener-friendly, appealing to dark dance floors and daytime radio alike. The Jaxx are always on the money with a distinctive sound bred from their South London experience incorporating house, soul, disco, ragga, garage and breaks. Now coming with a fresh new album ‘Crazy Itch Radio’, Felix and Simon are taking over the frequencies once again. Raise those hands Summadayze, the Jaxx are in the house!

Bob Sinclar (FRA)
Bob Sinclar is not easy to identify – but according to the latest information, he is about 6 feet tall, very athletic looking and has a taste for beautiful girls and smart cars. As it turns out, the man behind Bob Sinclar, Christopher Le Fraint, assumed the alias from an old 70’s spy movie, and since then has gone on to be one of the most prolific French House producers in the world. From his first single ‘Gym Tonic’, he went on to produce three amazing albums – ‘Paradise’, ‘Champs Elysées’, ‘III’ and his acclaimed ‘Africanism’ compilations. The fourth and most current album, ‘Western Dream’, produced the massive summer hits ‘Love Generation’ and ‘World Hold On’ and ‘Rock this Party’ – which have sold millions of copies worldwide! They have even been used as the theme’s for French Idol and the World Cup Soccer. It seems Chris Lefriant and Bob Sinclar are both at the peak of their careers and ready to rock Summadayze!

Mylo (Dj set) (UK)
His benchmark debut ‘Destroy Rock & Roll’ – which is now almost platinum in the UK alone – spawned 4 top 20 singles and became an instant classic. Blending 80’s synth-pop with new and techy sounds created a winning formula for the Scottish whizkid, who is universally considered one of the hottest producers around. Also running the Breastfed label with Linus Loves, he now has a large number of DJ performances at the best gigs across the globe under his belt. Watch him drop the pressure on Summadayze 07.

Darren Emerson (UK)
Darren Emerson is one of the most influential figures in dance music – with a career spanning more than 17 years, and counting! A former member and founder of the band, UNDERWORLD, he now owns Underwater Records – a hugely successful house label. DJing wise, Emerson continues his massive Underwater residency at London’s The End on the last Saturday of every second month, now in its 4th year. Emerson paired up with Erick Morillo to create Subliminal V’s Underwater at Pacha, Ibiza. The night won Best Ibiza Club for both years at the Muzik Awards. Darren continues his unrelenting schedule of Djing across the UK and the world – so get ready Summadayze – Dj royalty is in the house!

Axwell (SWE)
Its 6am..the sun is coming up…we’re so tired we can barely see…however, there’s a driving rhythm that we just can’t stop moving to…it just keeps building and building….the crowd are going crazy…and there at the forefront is Axwell..whipping us all into a frenzy… and then, out of nowhere, the bass drops.. and it hits you like a Swedish Massage. Axwells energy infects everything he touches, from his djs sets, to remixes, to his solo projects. Axwell’s ‘Feel The Vibe’, ‘Watch The Sunrise’ and ‘Together’ have all the hallmarks of an Axwell track…the tight production…the funky baseline and most of all that feel good vibe!

Judge Jules (UK)
Jules began playing in 1987, with a career that has easily notched up hundreds of thousands of miles, millions of spins of the decks and countless gigs in far-flung destinations, as well as the odd dirty warehouse thrown in for good measure. Jules’ DJ sets are the epitome of what DJing is about – passion, amazing tunes and a set of hands capable of the most nimble of mixing. Jules has earned his place amongst the DJ aristocracy. Rarely out of DJ Mag’s top 10 in the annual Top 100 DJs poll, Jules has won such accolades as – ‘Best DJ’ (Muzik Awards), No.1 DJ (Mixmag reader’s poll), ‘Best International DJ’ (Dancestar), and ‘Best Radio DJ’.

Hybrid (Live) (UK)
They’ve supported Moby on tour, played at the top of Mount Fuji and blown punters away at the 2006 Coachella festival. Originally championed by Sasha, Hybrid has built up a substantial fan base with their experimental sound that fuses breaks and progressive house. After albums ‘Wide Angle’, ‘Morning Sci- Fi’ and over 40 remixes, they continue to challenge their audience with mesmerising sound scapes, sophisticated production and surprising collaborations. With their much anticipated album ‘I Choose Noise’ out now, Hybrid live won’t fail to impress!

Martin Solveig (FRA)
This Parisian superstar understands how to get you dancing! His growing hit list includes ‘Everybody’, ‘Rocking Music’, ‘Jealousy’, ‘I’m a Good Man’, ‘Madan’ and ‘Heart Of Africa’. Mousse T (GER)
There are producers whose work is immediately associated with success, and whose talent for seeking out new national and international voices is celebrated. In Germany there are only a few such figures in the music industry. Of these, there are even less whose Discography reads like a “Who’s Who” of the music scene. Mousse T is one of those very few, whose songs ‘Right about Now’, ‘Horny’ and ‘Sex Bomb’ have provided a good example of the power harnessed when intuition and precision come together.

Switch (UK)
One of the hottest names in dance music this year, Switch’s cheeky approach to production has built him a healthy reputation as a consistently fresh, risk-taking producer, delivering quality cuts with elements of techno, house, old school funk, and a large measure of what you could call nu-speed-garage. His tracks ‘Get Ya Dub On’, ‘A Bit Patchy’ and ‘Front To Back’ were instant club hits. Switch is also becoming one of the most in demand remixers with versions for Basement Jaxx, Spank Rock, M.I.A, Hot Chip, The Chemical Brothers and more. Let him flick your switch at Summadayze this summer.

Trentemoller (Live) (HOL)
Anders Trentemoller is an electronic artist. No other producer has captured the hearts and minds of so many people in so many genres as TRENTEMOLLER. From house to minimal to progressive to electronica, DJs, music and party lovers, get into TRENTEMOLLER. His music transcends all boarders. One of his 1st releases ‘Le Champagne’ was one of Naked Music’s biggest sellers and introduced the world to TRENTEMOLLER. But it was ‘Beta Boy’ that truly made everyone stand up and take notice. He followed up BETA BOY and a remix of Royksopp ‘What Else Is There’. More recently he has remixed Moby’s ‘Go’ and ‘The Knife’ as well as releasing his first artist album ‘The Last Resort’. His live show with DJ Tom will never be forgotten. Layering new samples, playing unreleased remixes and your favorite TRENTEMOLLER tracks, the energetic live show will leave you breathless!

Coburn (UK)
If you didn’t catch the massive hits ‘We Interrupt This Program’ & ‘Give Me Love’ that stormed up the OZ club charts then you must have had your fingers in your ears. Coburn is the UK’s answer to Tiefschwarz. Lately they have executed sublime remixes of The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Nirvana, Franz Ferdinand, David Bowie etc… As DJs they play across the globe at clubs and festivals having appeared before crowds of up to 12,000 in Brazil this year and at a private party for Paris Hilton.

Tom Neville (UK)
The man behind the memorable, lewd and trashy house track ‘Just Fuck’ returns after a wicked tour last year. With outstanding electro-tinged remixes of King Roc, Moloko, Kelis and Mylo, not to mention his own hit single ‘Buzz Junkie’, Neville has skyrocketed in the past 2 years. He’s also launched his own label Love Minus Zero for his latest release ‘Never Lose Your Grip/These Beats’. Playing a depraved concoction of sleazy tech house, electro and cult classics, get down in Tom’s dirty groove.

Bodyrockers (UK)
The Bodyrockers are Kaz James and Dylan Burns, the group behind the massive worldwide hit ‘I Like the Way’. Since it dropped in 2005, Eric Morillo, the first person to play it the same night it was finished, offered Kaz his wallet to keep his master copy, while Pete Tong immediately made it his essential new tune. The track has gone on to feature on the Diet Coke TV commercial in the US, Renault in Europe and BMW in Australia as well as ripping up dancefloors around the world quicker than they can visit them. They have a new album about to be released, featuring what is tipped to be another hit single called ‘Happy Days’. If the Paul Oakenfold remix is anything to go by, its going to be huge!
