  • Over 18's only

Saturday nights at the bank Hotel are nothing short of huge! A great mixed crowd & some of Australia’s favourite DJs. Tonight, catch Marc Us with his mashed up party breaks in the Public Bar & Scott Pullen with his funky electro/tech/house upstairs.

Hailing from Sydney, Scott Pullen has been top of the DJ game since he was rocking the thousands of people at the world renowned RAT parties in the 1980s but that doesn’t mean he’s slowing down. Rather, the innovative and cutting edge DJ is immersing himself deeper into
the scene with more energy and passion than ever.

In Australia, Scott Pullen occupies an interesting corner
of the deejaying world. Not one to specifically seek out the limelight, Scott is one of only several high profile DJs that can honestly boast the range of experience that he has. From supporting touring international DJ talent to playing private parties for Hollywood stars on location here; or from Sydney’s outrageous Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras party to its 2000 Olympics Closing Party with 100,000 people; and from the swankiest bars to the dirtiest little underground events down under, Scott’s rollcall is vast.

Asking him curly questions elicits a knowing smile that
suggests that for this man, it’s not just about the music, it’s about living out the party
experience.

He goes some way to explaining the variety of his successes with his philosophy that “there are
only two types of music – good
music and bad music”. So whether he is playing at an
intimate party for Keanu Reeves to having tens of thousands of party goers in the palm of his
hand, Scott approaches the task with the same open mind and has over two decades of experience to back it up.

Scott has supported an enviable list of internationals, including Armand Van Helden, Fatboy Slim, Steve Lawler, Pete Heller, Tiefschwarz, John Aquaviva, Victor Calderone, Masters at Work, Ferry Corsten, Groove Armada, Freeform Five, Jay-J, Chris Lum, Tracy Young, Boy George and Stacey Pullen… to name a few. Having supported world-famous DJ talent or been
the headliner at huge Oz parties like the Big Day Out, Splendour in the Grass, the Harbour Party,
Home niteclub, Inquisition and the Sydney Festival, Scott has got itchy feet. He’s played at party centres of Torremolinos, Bali, London, Milan and Zurich, but now he wants more. As the sole Australian representative at
the second World DJ Festival in Seoul Korea in May, and
recognition by DJ Mag in its Top 100 DJs Poll, it’s only a matter of time before Scott is recognised on the international scene.
