After a successful run of local performances tearing apart the Bunker, Subservice will be injecting some fresh inter-state talent into Sydney tech scene this month!
Ready to propel the tunes at you this month are STUART MCKEOWN [Melbourne / Proton Music], DAVE MCCANN and the Subservice DJs Dave Nolan and Den Williams.
Originally from Belfast where he was fuelled by the electronic music scene, Stuart McKeown was more intrigued and ready to explore to find a more diverse sound that combined ambience but also had a tough gritty edge to it as well. Stuart’s sets have appeared everywhere, his most successful to date was a Featured Artist Mix on Proton Radio. Stuart has since spent a year DJing & Producing in Australia, and has etched his own mark in Melbourne. Whether it’s with his weird minimal glitchy DJ sets or his new Productions.
Supporting DJs such as Jonathan lisle, Moshic, Anthony Pappa, lee Burridge, Phil k, Petter, Luca bachetti, Chris Fortier, Jimmy van m and Phil Kieran, Stuart is starting to see that hard work does indeed pay off and many of you will be hearing a lot more about Stuart over the next few years we guarantee you that.
Dave McCann moved to Sydney from Adelaide in 1995 following his dream in a 6 piece hip-hop-funk-techno-rock band called ‘Bliss’. Through the years he enjoyed messing around with electronics, computers, and electronic music equipment: effects units, synths, drum machines, guitars, multi-track tape recording which led him to the path of being the successful tech Dj he is.
Dave has supported acts such as HMC, Paul Oakenfold, Misjah & Tim, Joey Beltram, Claude Young (2120), CJ Bolland, Cru-L-T, Force Mass Motion, Lenny Dee, UltraSonic, TopBuzz, Ratty, Grooverider, The Dreem Team, Slipmat, Dougal, and MCDJ Ribbz, Jeff Mills, Oliver Ho, Deetron, Richie Hawtin, Kevin Saunderson, Chicken Lips, Heiko Laux, Alexander Kowalski, Kazu Kimura, Devilfish (Live), Andreas Kauffelt.
Plus performances at 2 Sydney Big Day Outs, featuring The Prodigy, Luke Slater, Dave Clarke, New Order, Underworld and Kraftwerk
The Subservice DJs also have an abundance of tunes and are ready to please!
Get ready to embark on a musical journey and to be thoroughly entertained whilst clubbing with one of the friendliest crowds in Sydney.
