On Friday February the 17th The Glimmers will be playing an exclusive Melbourne club show at new city venue-medieval-back shed type space that’s a few doors down from Degraves Street, The Liberty Social. The Glimmers, who developed a whole new attitude to playing records by organising gigs in abandoned underwear factories and concert halls whilst mixing everything from the Cramps to campy disco into 4/4 house and techno, hold a lauded reputation amongst music lovers for bringing the party. Recently, their Eskimo Recordings label screams for attention in the danSe world by playing host to releases from Lindstrom, Rub N’ Tug and Prins Thomas. Whether you seek out their Fabriclive or classic DJ Kicks mixes to learn how awesome they are or not, don’t miss out on this party!
