Gabriel’s love of mixing began a few years ago when he was lent a pair of turntables from a mate. He started raiding the $5 vinyl bins at Landspeed in Canberra, and mixing quickly became his major hobby. After saving up he bought his own pair of turntables and eventually a pair of CDJs, and it wasn’t long before he was mixing every day. Only recently Gabriel had his club debut at the Pang! DJ Competition, with his performance scoring him a place in the finals. Although playing anything from tech-house to deep electro, this mix showcases the darker more techno orientated progressive sounds from Gabriel’s collection.
