ABOUT THE FINALIST:
What a year it has been for Chris Emerson, aka Elmo Is Dead. Starting as backroom DJ in early 2008, 2009 saw him appearing as a support for international heavyweights including Steve Aoki and Boys Noize. His first forays into production landed him at the #1 spot on world renowned music site Hypem.com, and his bootlegs and remixes have been played across the country at some of Australia’s biggest festivals. At only 20 years of age this kid is definitely one to look out for!
