I have have a quick question..
Using MS Word to create a template, does anyone know if i can enter a field that will create a dialog box prompting the user of the word doc to enter specific data?

I am not sure how to explain what i want. I remember several years back i was able to do it. but i have since forgotten what it is called.
just say i had a letter which requires client specific data entered into it. I want a box to open and prompt me to enter, for eg. clients date of birth.

Thanks anyway, even if i don't get my answer.

no, no. the database software we use doesn't mail merge several client details into the letter.
I think what i want is Content Controls but all i can see are check boxes and drop down menus. i just want a pop up when the doc opens.
i wish i could remember exactly what i used to do. perhaps the exact thing of what i want is only in the older versions in word.

He hasn't put out a lot but as far as I'm concerned Pinch + Photek - Acid Reign is a bomb. Sleepwalking & 101 are pretty cool house tunes as well.
