To not have heard of Sneaky Sound System, one must have been a deaf person and living under a rock. This Sydney based 6-piece outfit have been tearing up festivals such as the Big Day Out and Good Vibrations as well supporting some of the premiere international visitors like Jamiroquai, Robbie Williams and the Scissor Sisters to name just a few.
Consisting of Black Angus (Angus McDonald) as their songwriter and producer, MC Double D (Daimon Downey), the ever sexy Connie Mitchell on vocals, Peter Dolso on the guitar, Jono Sloan on the phat bass and Felix Bloxsom with the ever stompin’ drums. Their self-titled debut album went platinum in early July and their fourth single is Goodbye and has been released on their own label Whack.
An 80s-inspired electro tune, this single has 3 mixes on it being Heat Remix, Goodwill Remix, and the Extended Mix. The first mix (Heat) is probably the standout remix on the single and Sneaky Sound System have maintained their dance/pop inspired goodness on this hit as well. It seems that any tune off the album that features Connie on vocals has hit the charts and hit them hard. Expect a quick climb with Goodbye.
