With New Year’s Eve now just a little over a week away, the countdown to Shore Thing and Field Day is on. So to get everything in order for the big couple of days, Fuzzy have made some final announcements, revealing Shore Thing’s set times and giving the Field Day times – which first dropped last week – a few tweaks.

So how’s the Shore Thing running order looking? The Bondi Beach NYE bash kicks off at 8pm with party starters Sosume DJs before Dutchman Fedde Le Grand takes the decks, handing over to Canberra chart-climbers Peking Duk and seizure music specialists Knife Party. Then, it’s over to the mighty Chemical Brothers just before midnight to bring in the New Year. The Chems have a two-hour set, so there’ll be plenty of time to soak it all up before the festival wraps up just before 2am.

Field Day, meanwhile, has added a couple of names to the January 1st bill. Baltimore rapper Spank Rock will now be joining Mark Ronson for his set (you might remember him as the guest star on Ronson’s big hit Bike Song), while locals Parachute Youth and Life Organic auteurs the Bondi Hipsters are now also appearing. They’re joining one of Fuzzy’s biggest NYD lineup’s yet, with British wonders SBTRKT, Hot Chip and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs cosying up next to Scuba, Booka Shade and Maya Jane Coles on her first ever Australian trip. Check out how Shore Thing is planning to do things below, and under those, the updated Field Day timetable.
