Sunburn is looking to be one of the most wanted parties in Asia this summer, happening on the beaches of Candolim, Goa, in India. The destination, well known for its spectacular NYE celebrations and as a Mecca for ravers from around the world, is gearing up to host this not-to-be-missed dance festival. Organised by PDM Entertainment and Smirnoff, the festival will run for two days (28th and 29th of December), and with the lineup announced tickets are now on-sale.

Event consultant Nikhil Chinapa (a VJ on MTV India), has no doubt that the party will be a milestone for India’s profile on the international music scene. “One of the major tasks that I had to complete was the extremely difficult one of choosing the line-up for Sunburn… from the vast and extremely talented potpourri of DJs around the world. But at the same time it’s a thrill to get a chance to book my favorite DJs and it was an even greater kick that I could share their music with my friends in India,” Nikhil said.

Threads have been open in many forums talking about where to stay, what to eat and tips for travel, as many may be coming to Goa – or perhaps even India – for the first time just to experience Sunburn!

They drive the real trance out and replace it with this horrible stuff. Its a sad state of affairs in the world when its hard to throw a psy party in Goa, but @#$@# like these guys can have a festival.

@Suspekt How do u differentiate a festival from a psy party? You mean the ones with some drug pushers, psychedelic lightings and dazed floor crawlers? If you havent noticed... the 'festival' is for those who stand for it and not for 'XXL Junkies' who consider India to be just a tech support nation. Pity on you my friend.
